I’ve slept in an ice hotel in Sweden, kayaked alongside beluga whales in Manitoba, and sipped wine on cliffside terraces along the Amalfi Coast. From Sicily’s culinary secrets to elephant polo in Thailand, each experience has reminded me that the most extraordinary travel moments are the ones you cannot fully capture in a photograph.
